Cabin in Manila, UT. Built in 1975, still has original, windows, doors, electrical and plumbing may need updated. The bathroom was updated but fairly poorly and may need to be redone, also has some rotting wood that needs to be replaced. The carpet in the living/dining area was recently replaced with hardwood but has no edging or trim and unfinished in areas. Bedroom down stairs does not have a closet, bedroom up stairs does and loft area also does. There are some missing wall paneling pieces in the living room where an AC/heating unit was installed as well.
