This house has been a great rental for my kids going through college. Lots of room and lots of improvements were done. LVP flooring throughout the main level. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. It would be a great home for a growing family as well as a parent that is looking to save money sending their kids to college. It has served us very well over the last 3 years. As mentioned before we are looking to sell this house, but would listen to offers if anyone is interested in just renting as well. We will also be looking at a Mid May closing as the kids finish up school and move on.
