About This Home
11 Ebersohl Circle, Whitehouse Station, NJ (Four Seasons of Readington). 3B/2.5B. End unit, 2 car garage, Complex built in 2002. HOA fee $515/month. HOA fee includes exterior and roof maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis court and community events. Bought townhouse in 2021 from original owner. Replaced furnace, central a/c, water heater, garage door openers, blinds, and drapes. Added storage rack in garage and 6 ceiling fans throughout townhouse. All plumbing lines and fixtures replaced. Installed Tesla fast EV charger in garage. Kitchen updated by previous owner in 2018. I am only interested in a real estate swap without any real estate brokers involved. I am looking for a property that is similar in size and age but has some land and has been updated inside and out (roof, windows, solar, generator, city water, city sewer, kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, ceiling fans, 3 car garage, EV charger, gas water heater, gas furnace, central air). Should have natural gas and a wood burning fireplace. Should not be in a flood zone and preferably not have a basement. If it does have a basement, it should be surrounded by a French drain and never had any flooding or mold problems. No pest or termite issues. Heat pump would be preferred.
