It's in the Arrow Rock Mobile Home Park which is very clean it was 55 and older but they just changed it last year to all families. It's very quiet they do have a clubhouse they have a little workout center that they just remodeled so it is very nice. You do have to be approved to move into the park. I think they are offering discount fees for move-in space rent lot
