Beautiful home in Carleton Mobile Park! It's a great neighborhood, with great managers, and lovely, quiet neighbors. It is pet friendly upon approval. Must be able to be approved prior to purchase. Within walking distance to downtown. Airport school district. When we purchased this double wide in 2022, all new carpet and flooring was put in, as well as the main bathroom redone. The outside was painted and repaired in 2024. The master bathroom was just redone in 2025. All new subfloor was put in, and it was freshly painted.
