About This Home

Magnolia Ridge, in the town of Washington, north of Lafayette Louisiana, was brought about by two preservationists, with an eye for beauty, in creating a most unusual fifty-eight-acre estate, with a focus on the past. The classic columned 1830 Greek Revival home is surrounded by over half-a-dozen principal dwellings, guest houses, and several out-buildings, all connected by three miles of paved walking and jogging trails, dozens of gardens, lush landscaping, ponds, fountains, and tennis courts.
