This bungalow style craftsman has been re3furbished to its design intent on the outside, especially the windows. All windows were replaced with stormed double pan vinyl windows and I brought back the original rough opening. Custom windows to fit the opening and completed restored to its original craftsman style. All surrounding fence are new wood fencing with a footing on 3 sides, and the front is CMU and topped with finial banana peel style iron fence including a walking door and a car gate. Privacy plasticized canvas has been cut to fit the front iron gate area for privacy. The entire house has been repainted on inside and outside. Outside is a styled color in the dark reddish and all trim are brown matching a craftsman color theme. New roof with silver shingle has been placed and 4000K solar including a 200W new panels and all wires are 12/20 and many brakers for a secure used of electricity. Gutters were also installed. Security hooks were installed at the roof for secured attachment with a harness when walking the roof or cleaning the solar panels. The garage doors were returned to its original and added 1/2" glass windows to them with arts and craft applied vinyl. Along the west side fence, a small 2'x20' garden with grapes, sage, thyme, strawberries, mints and on the other side, there is blackberries and red currents. On the side of the house, there is a dog run and all safe. Railing was added to the front porch with strong base columns. The house has a gable roof and a 5-degree angle garage roof. 2 gable windows. Decorative plastic plants were put in ground at the sidewalk dirt area. Speakeasy and peepholes also on doors. Sensor lights around the property on both solar and electrical. Interior has been repainted white on refurbished drywall surface and ceiling as well. New full perimeter baseboard was installed and all trims are light cream color. Ceiling fan in kitchen as a normal style and a craftsman style in the living room. All ceiling track lights are in a mid-century for DR, principal bedroom, as well as laundry, garage with standard track light.. Bathroom received a solid brass chandelier from Spain and rewired. All switches, dimmers, outlets, and wall plate are white designer. Attic received a press wood floor facilitating the rewiring process with 12/20. A mirrored arch was installed in the main LV to DR in a craftsman style in a basic fashion. Entire floors are green tiles and they are reflecting the floor of the oceans style. Keeps the house cool. There are 2 window AC units. All 4 wall mounted heaters are on separate brakers plus 1 in garage aka play room finished garage. Added decorative/supportive ceiling beams in garage. No leaks with all the roofs. Water line are coppers and has a new charlotte. Kitchen and bathroom have granite countertops. All doors inside are functional. Laundry hookups. Microwave and ceiling fan in bathroom are hooked with exhaust system to outside with their own line. All windows inside have received sheer curtains to fit. Alarm is in place and only need an active account with SimpliSafe. Shower walls are tiled with a tub. Couples of kitchen cabinets were added as well as a spice wall mounted unit. New stove electrical. There is gas and electrical connection in the kitchen and laundry. Internet cable is installed in a j-box in DN. Bathroom has 2 mirrored vanity on wall.
