About This Home

This is a 16 X 50 barndominium (800 sq. ft.) It is still in transition to be a home. it has a metal roof, masioniate siding, 2 X 4 walls, some ceramic tile already installed in the bathroom that has a claw bathtub and toilet. The interior walls are bead board and installation has been installed. The ceiling is still needing insullation and finish boards or whatever you would prefer to cover it with. The ceiling board I chose is there along with insulattion to be installed. The plumbing is peks and there is a tankless hotwater tank installed (3 months old). The barndo comes with a mini split and two a/c units installed in windows. There is a A/C/Heat source for the home. It still needs skirting or brick foundation installed outside, but has been securely teatherd down on cinder blocks. The is also a 50 amp RV service installed with seperate breaker box for your RV enjoyment. The water, electric have been installed, and you do have access to gas at the road (no meter at this time). You would be .5 miles from Shawnee Twin Lakes which makes it nice for fishing, picnics and swimming with the family. Not to mention the Grand Casino is two miles north and can be seen from your front porch. Conveniant access to I-40 and MWC and Shawnee are about 15 min. in either direction for shopping and business purposes. If only interested in the barndominium it can be moved and the company that set the barn would be available to move and reset for you within 50 miles of property. The price for just the barndo and all the supplies mentioned in this ad would be $33,000.00. I am required to make everyone aware that I am the owner and a licensed realtor in the state of Oklahoma.
