Will update info as we go through the house. I still have to get the upstairs gone and a few more places cleaned up before I post anymore pictures. We are currently living here looking to relocate and downsize, we have done a few things to the property since moving in here. The home was gutted out and we had to redo plumbing(didn’t have any and sewer pipe in the basement floor was stopped up), some electrical(mostly gutted), full kitchen, and bathroom. We have almost painted every room in the house. It has wood floors except for the kitchen ( ceiling and plumbing repairs)and bathroom. Fireplace has been blocked off. Does need repaired and cleaned before use. The basement is unfinished, could be updated. We haven’t even been in the attic. We have cleared out most of the back yard. Will need an updated roof we only have been able to patch leaks. Which were in the upstairs bedrooms.
