This unit is located in Albuquerque Meadows, a 55+ gated community, at I-25 and San Antonio. My parents bought the unit new in 2017 and lived here until June 2026 when the last passed. They were extremely meticulous about keeping their place clean and tidy, inside and out. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances (refrig., range, microwave & dishwasher) that basically look brand new. The unit also comes with refrigerated air conditioning, vaulted ceilings and nice full size front loading washer and dryer. The primary bedroom is located at the back of the unit with a walk-in closet, double sink and shower bath room. The other two bedrooms are at the front of the trailer next to the bathroom with a tub/shower. The living room, dining room and bar-kitchen separate the primary bedroom from the front bedrooms. The front porch is covered as is the full length of the carport on the east side of the unit. The carport has motion sensor lights which also lights up the back of the unit and shed. There is a 10'x12' Tuff Shed at the back of the unit which contains an electric panel box (for a light, freezer, etc.) but power has not been run to it. There is a paver walkway connecting the shed and the unit. An automated irrigation system waters all outside trees and shrubs. Monthly lot rent at Albuquerque Meadows is $1020. The Meadow also charges renters for gas and water which has been around $40/month for this unit. Electricity is through PNM. Since we are in the process of having an estate sale, removing all remaining personal items and cleaning the unit, the unit is available for viewing but with the recognition that any viewing prior to about August 9th, the unit will not be empty.
