P.S. Also, I just replaced the fence on both sides of the backyard and had the large live oak trimmed. I also just purchased a new large, 27.3-cubic-ft Samsung fridge. Added 4 photos. Bronze sculptures, stained glass lamps, cable modem, network cams. You would have to see it because it's too much to describe. Both toilets have been replaced with Jacuzzi one-piece bowls. Complete HVAC replacement 7 years ago, along with a new water heater. All tile flooring, no carpet anywhere. Doggie door and dog/mud room. The roof was replaced 7 years ago. Approx 1485 sq feet with a den addition and a mud room. All brick around except for gables, which are hardiplank cement siding. Beautiful mature oak trees, especially the one in the backyard. It blocks the sun so well that my electric bills are very low. Also, when I had the total HVAC replacement, I went 1/2 a ton larger than required, so the AC cools extremely well. Extensive tech in the living room, den, home office, and master bedroom. I'm a tech geek, and this would be perfect for a bachelor pad. I'll add more photos and a description later. Some of the collectibles are probably worth a lot, but I have never had them appraised. Even comes with all lawn equipment and power tools in the 2 sheds in the back yard. Essentially, just bring your toothbrush and clothes. The pictures I uploaded do not really give a good example of all the things included, so I will try to add more later. The taxes are very low, approximately $2297 per year. I can provide tax receipts to validate. As I mentioned, just bring your clothes and toothbrush. Must see to appreciate.
