455 Gross acres of almonds located in Semitropic Water District. The orchard was planted in 2021 to NP and Monterey varieties. Water is provided by three deep wells that deliver water to a central reservoir equipped with a booster pump and filter station. A district turnout is located on the property in order to receive in-lieu water. A fenced yard area with a shop and trailer house is located in the southeast corner.
