With two add-ons, this home has a huge living area, a coat closet included, with a large kitchen with plenty of cabinets and counter seating area for those quick meals. A laundry room with a counter for folding your clothes and a storage cabinet. The en suite bathroom has a double sink, so you are not fighting over who got there first. There is a linen closet in the hallway for bed linens, towels and cleaning supplies. Both bathrooms have large closets. The owner is planting a couple of pear trees so you will have fresh fruit come Autumn as well has beautiful flowering trees in the Spring.No matter where you are in our park, you are never more than a couple minutes' walk to our clubhouse and 1000+ ft of private beach. We host an event every month, anywhere from Soup Dinners, Taco Night, Italian Feasts, Brunches, BBQs, Ice Cream Socials and Pizza, Salad, and Movie Nights in the Winter. Our clubhouse houses a laundry facility, indoor mailboxes, fitness room, game room, and a large, carpeted room with a central fireplace, all available to our residents for their events. No matter where you are in our park, you are never more than a 5 minute walk to our 1000+ ft private beach!
