Plantings Property is planted to a mixture of citrus varieties: +/-18 Acres of Lemons planted in 1997 +/-6 Acres of Barnfield Navels planted in 1998 +/-8 Acres of Melogold Grapefruit planted in 1997 +/-5 Acres of Star Ruby Grapefruit planted in 2005 (scheduled for removal early 2025) Water Water is provided by Rosedale Water Company. Purchase includes 19 shares of stock in Rosedale Water Company. Groundwater Disclosure Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA) requires groundwater basins to be sustainable by 2040.
