Property is located in Delano-Earlimart Irrigation District and part of Delano-Earlimart Irrigation District GSA. Property has one (1) deep Ag well that was drilled in the 1970s (+/-650 gpm). Bowls were recently upgraded. There are two (2) 20HP booster pumps and the almonds are irrigated via double-line drip irrigation. Property has one (1) home and one (1) shop in the northeast corner.
