This 652 acre farm comes with 1,093.5 acre feet of Water Diversion rights for irrigation, 2 diesel wells produce roughly 1,600 GPM (simple to tie together), of which a 150HP well produces 1,000 GPM, and a 100HP well produces 600-700 GPM. There is an old windmill well as well by the cattle corrals. The irrigation water is cleaned through a 5-Pod Media Filter set Up.
