The slip is 20' x 40' and can hold up to a 55' boat. The marina amenities include ample parking, gated entry, full time dock master, bathrooms, water, electricity, & trash pick up. You are allowed to use a boat lift at the marina. It does not allow ''live aboards''. Weekend stays are allowed. The regime fee is $750.00/quarter.
