2 bedroom, 1 large bathroom mobile home Most of it newly remodeled, great place to live. Long nice covered porch, laundry room, big amazing kitchen with lots of cabinets, and storage space. Carport for 2 cars. 2 ton mini split on living room heat/cool, window units on bedrooms just cooling. Excellent location! Close to Tucson mall, I-10, fast food restaurants, clothing stores (Ross, dds, Burlington, etc.), Walmart, parks everything less than 5 min drive. Columbia park $600 month lot rent. We've loved living here but our family is growing so we need a bigger place, but never had any problem it's a great place to live been here since 2014. Before buying park requires an application not sure the price now but usually 25$ per person. Feel free to call to come and see it.
