Plantings The north property is planted to: +/-10 acres Lisbon Lemons on Carrizo (2015, organic) +/-5 acres Gold Nugget Mandarins on Carrizo (2015, organic) +/-7.5 acres Barnfield Navels on Carrizo (2023, conventional) +/-7.5 acres Fukumoto Navels on Carrizo (2023, conventional) The south property is planted to: +/-6 acres Lisbon Lemons (organic) +/-16 acres Washington Navels (organic) +/-12 acres Valencias (organic) Improvements The properties include five (5) wind machines for frost protection, four (4) on the northern property and one (1) on the southern property. Water The north property is located within the Vandalia Water District, with one (1) well currently not in use. The south property is located within the Teapot Dome Water District and has one (1) well. Groundwater Disclosure Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA) requires groundwater basins to be sustainable by 2040. SGMA may limit ground water pumping.
