This is a mature producing grove with 15+/- acres of Valencia's and 17+/- acres of Frost Newcellar Navels. Water source is two working Ag wells and one well with no pump. Ranch receives Ivanhoe Irrigation District water. Distribution of water is via a single drip line hose with fan jets throughout the grove. Property is located in the East Kaweah GSA and is subject to pumping limits. The pumping limits are a result of the 2014 Sustainable Ground Water Management Act. Lindmore Irrigation District manages the East Kaweah GSA. If you are not familiar with SGMA, there is lots of information on the internet. Subject receives water from the Ivanhoe Irrigation District.
