It's on a shared Spring, however this cabin is the first Spring box to get water. It has always been a strong and plentiful water source. FOR THE ADVENTURE SEEKERS: Enjoy and explore your own cave on the property supplied with lighting into the main area of the cave accessed through the cabin. Higher clearance vehicles needed through most of the development and there is limited snow removal in winter.
