Downstairs is an open concept with Kitchen in unit laundry being downstairs. 3 mini-split units - 1 in each bedroom and 1 downstairs. Easily keeps the Has access to the full attic and basement. New Fridge in fall of ‘22 New Bosch Dishwasher in Fall of ‘23 Upstairs got all new carpeting summer of ‘22 The bathroom was remodeled in Fall of ‘24 with all drywall being removed and new bathroom drywall being added. A new vanity and medicine cabinet were installed. Larger outside deck. Star Unit - This unit is ideal for a couple to rent. ~950 square feet. 2 bedrooms - 1 smaller room is downstairs. That is likely ideal for office or storage. The master bedroom is upstairs. 2 full bathrooms - Master upstairs with another off the main living room that has a stacked washer/dryer. 2 mini-split units - 1 upstairs in the master bedroom and 1 in the living room. The downstairs bedroom and kitchen have small baseboard heaters. Basement access through outdoor storm doors. Mud room outside the main door.
