About This Home

I have two buildings on my property. One is a small home. The other one is a little bigger and it’s a man cave. There’s a 12 x 8 shed on the side and on the side of the shed is a washer and dryer. There’s also a washer and dryer in the man cave. On the property itself are six fruit trees, and two pecan trees. Before the home was built, I had installed two French drains along the entire length of the property. I also added over two dozen dump trucks worth of material to raise the property and also help with drainage. This property is very user-friendly and very low maintenance.
