The open-concept loft provides additional sleeping space, while the lower level includes one bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, two shower rooms and additional laundry facilities. Tranquility Cabin is a rustic log-sided cabin nestled among the trees near the entrance. It comfortably accommodates two guests with two twin beds, a kitchenette featuring an electric replica of an old cast iron stove, microwave, full refrigerator, wood-burning stove, and bathroom with shower. Prosperity Cabin was built in the 1960s with Alaskan Spruce logs and offers the appeal of a classic rustic Alaskan cabin. The lower level features a gathering room with kitchenette, microwave, gas stovetop, full side-by-side refrigerator, large rustic island counter bar seating five, couch and rockers surrounding a wood stove, and flat screen television. The second floor provides a large sleeping room with five twin beds and one full bathroom. Serenity Cabin is a cozy one-room Alaskan Spruce log cabin, also built in the 1960s, designed to accommodate one to three guests. It features a kitchenette with small gas stove/oven, full refrigerator, dining area, sitting area, wood-burning stove, main-level bathroom, and spiral staircase leading to a sleeping loft with a full and twin bed overlooking views of the Kenai River. Kenai River access is available by elevated walkway and stairs installed in 2022, or by a natural trail with approximately half a dozen switchbacks dropping roughly 100 feet from the upper bank to the river. This well-established lodging property is being offered turn-key with existing appliances, furnishings, and signage.
