About This Home
This is a great starter home in a very quiet, small, town community. It does need some upgrading such as new carpet and appliances but is turnkey and ready for a new owner. Need it sold ASAP This house does include the organ. We cleaned it out the best we could in the limited time we had as we came from AZ to do it after the passing of our uncle so there is some cleanup necessary but the home itself is in great shape for its age. There is a park across the street and the post office beyond that. I The town has a school and bus system for children. Not all of the items shown on the house are in it. We did clean up as much as we could.
